Hello. I’m Jean Mach, LPC. My passion is to facilitate personal growth, self-awareness, and improved interpersonal functioning for clients through a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I use a range of theoretical orientations, primarily Family Systems and DBT concepts of Mindfulness. The needs of each client determine whether a behavioral or a psychodynamic approach is more helpful.
Understanding of self is a basic tenet of therapy. I use imagery along with verbal expression to reinforce self-awareness, personal strengths, and problem-solving abilities among my clients. I work effectively with those who have current or past trauma, major depression, anxiety, grief and loss, or difficulties with emotional regulation.
Please join me in facing your challenges. Together we will develop solutions to improve your quality of life and relationships.

Hello, my name is Valerie St. Germain, LMSW. I am currently working on my doctorate at Liberty University in community care and counseling with a focused-on trauma. I have a passion for working with adults who have been through traumatic experiences by utilizing motivational interviewing to instill hope and help them realize their capacity to change.
I also enjoy working with younger children with varying behavioral challenges by utilizing techniques found in Child-Centered Play Therapy. The spectrum of who I work with goes beyond trauma. I also have experience and enjoy collaborating with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. My preferred methods when working with adults are cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and strength-based perspectives.
Working in mental health is not only a job but a ministry, helping to empower individuals to become who God has created them to be. I hope that I will have the opportunity to work alongside you through your journey.

Hello, I'm Blythe Cordova, an LPC-Associate supervised by Julia Ayraud, LPC-S. I get that at times it can feel like life is working against you, or nothing at all seems to work out. Maybe life just seems overwhelming and you really just need some support in navigating a new normal. These are often the thoughts my clients have when starting their journey in therapy.
I specialize with teen's and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My style relies upon Client Centered principles and my strategies are drawn from evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Humanistic, and Existential approaches.
I have found that these concerns stretch throughout the lifespan, however, people in different stages of life often require different styles of support.
Whether you or someone you love could use some extra support, I'm happy to assist in all the ways I can.

Hi, my name is Jessica Gifford. I am a therapist at Capstone Connect, PLLC. Many individuals encounter trauma throughout their lives, and its lingering effects can be challenging to overcome alone. Coping with trauma and mental health concerns often creates a sense of overwhelming distress, making it difficult to discern where to begin seeking support or whom to trust.
Consider the prospect of experiencing a sense of calmness, or waking up refreshed after a restful night's sleep. Picture the ability to fully engage with your daily life, forming meaningful connections with yourself, loved ones, and friends. What if you could alleviate the weight of trauma and mental health burdens.
I offer a compassionate and evidence-based approach to help you navigate your healing journey. I have experience working with pre-teens, teens, adults and couples. I am here to support you every step of the way. Contact me to schedule a session and take the first step towards empowerment and healing.
